Housing Association Tender Award

Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd Awarded Place on Citizen Housing Arboricultural Services Framework

We are proud to announce that Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd has successfully secured a place on the Citizen Housing Arboricultural Services Framework across Coventry and Birmingham.

This is a significant achievement for the business, reflecting the continued hard work, professionalism and dedication shown by our entire team every single day.

The framework appointment will see Beechwood continuing to support one of the Midlands’ largest housing providers with a wide range of arboricultural services, tree management operations and maintenance works across housing stock and surrounding communities.

What makes this contract particularly special to Beechwood is its history.

When Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd was first established over 26 years ago, one of our very first term contracts was with Whitefriars Housing, now known as Citizen Housing. The relationship has continued to grow and evolve over the years, with the contract being successfully renewed multiple times, demonstrating our consistent ability to deliver high-quality arboricultural services within the housing association sector.

Over the years, we have built strong relationships with the organisation, its teams and the communities they support. That long-standing partnership is something we are incredibly proud of and it reflects the trust, reliability and service standards that Beechwood has become known for throughout the Midlands.

Frameworks and contracts of this scale are not secured overnight. They are built on years of consistent performance, operational reliability and a commitment to continuous improvement across every area of the business.

This success reflects several key areas that remain central to how we operate:

  • Consistent and reliable service delivery

  • Strong health and safety standards

  • Continued investment in people, training and development

  • Experienced operational management

  • Robust systems and compliance processes

  • Trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • The ability to mobilise and deliver at scale

Simon Rotheram, Managing Director of Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd, said:

“Being awarded this framework means a huge amount to us as a business. Whitefriars Housing was one of the very first term contracts Beechwood secured many years ago, so there is a real sense of pride in continuing that relationship today under Citizen Housing.

Over the years, we have grown alongside the contract, continuously developing our systems, our people and our operational capabilities to meet the demands of large-scale housing association works. The fact the contract has been renewed multiple times over such a long period demonstrates the strength of the relationship and our continued ability to deliver safely, professionally and consistently.

I would personally like to thank our entire team for their hard work and commitment, as achievements like this are only possible through the effort everyone puts in every single day.”

As the business continues to grow, we remain committed to maintaining the values that have supported Beechwood since the beginning. Whilst we continue expanding our presence across the Midlands and beyond, our focus remains exactly the same, delivering quality work safely, professionally and efficiently whilst supporting both our clients and our workforce.

The Citizen Housing framework further strengthens Beechwood’s position within the housing sector and adds to our growing portfolio of local authority, housing association, commercial and infrastructure contracts across the region.

We would like to thank everyone involved in the tender submission, preparation and operational planning behind the scenes. Winning contracts of this nature is always a collective effort and this achievement is a reflection of the strength of the entire team.

The future continues to look extremely exciting for Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd, and we look forward to continuing to grow, invest and deliver across the arboricultural industry.
