We’re pleased to welcome Michelle to Beechwood Trees and Landscapes as our Business Development and Bid Writer.
Michelle brings extensive experience across business development and commercial relationship management, with a track record built on two things that matter in our world: trust and delivery.
She describes herself as personable, reliable, self-motivated, and highly organised, someone who can run their own desk with confidence while consistently generating new leads and opportunities.

Michelle is known for building meaningful, long-term relationships and turning those relationships into real outcomes, work won, delivered, and repeated.

Her experience of over 14 years, includes developing accounts from scratch, building pipelines, and maintaining strong client engagement through consistent communication and follow-through.

Michelle has hands-on experience building and managing a commercial pipeline, including creating CRM processes to track activity, client engagement, and progression through the pipeline.
At Beechwood, her focus will be:
identifying the right opportunities
ensuring tenders and bids are clear, compliant, and evidence-led
coordinating with operational teams so what we propose is what we can deliver
strengthening our case studies, credentials, and supporting documents for frameworks and repeat contracts
Sector fit: environment and infrastructure
Michelle has worked in and around technically-led services, supporting opportunities linked to ecology, arboriculture, and civils, exactly the kind of environment where credibility, compliance, and clear communication matter.
That experience translates well to our client base: organisations responsible for estates, highways, parks, public realm, and infrastructure, where you need a contractor that is safe, reliable, and easy to work with.
