The achievement of a high standard of environmental awareness throughout the company is not only essential to assist in sustaining and keeping in balance the environment and environmental resource, but also results in healthier and more acceptable conditions for work and social activity.

Environmental awareness assists in the enhancement of the company's reputation as not only a caring employer, but also as a company that is aware of the prospective impact of its activity on the built environment. Such awareness creates improvements from which the general public, of this and successive generations will benefit. It also enhances the company's reputation as a contracting group with an environmental conscience and a leader in what is a very recently developing field.

It is the responsibility of both management and employees to work together to achieve this environmental goal. With this in mind Beechwood Tree Services will ensure we comply with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and all other domestic legislation concerned with the protection of natural resources and the external environment. The company will prepare and enforce policies which, as far as is reasonably practicable and having taken into account project and client requirements, provide for:             

Protection of the environment at/or affected by work sites.
Conservation of natural resource.
